Roles and responsibilities
Responsible for the supervision, inspection and implementation of approved quality standards and procedures during construction on all phases of civil and architectural works
Receives, inspects and approved requests for inspection (RFI's) of sub-contractor works as per approved ITP's of witness and hold points / level of inspection
Review and ensure that all construction activities shall comply with the approved latest version of IFC drawings

Receiving Inspection on incoming materials and acceptance of materials as per specification and check the identification of materials
In-charge in site quality control of concrete such as monitoring the required slump, temperature, air content, curing, compressive testing proper register on the cube log
Ensure the proper co-ordination with independent testing laboratory to carry out the tests and repots
Ensure that the required documentations / records are generated, maintained and including the details of all inspections and surveillance performed
