Management of ***+ Class A commercial office buildings across the U.S. & APAC Region. Managing all Facility and Maintenance operations, Landlord relationships, Janitorial, and other contracted vendors engaged in maintaining client assets. Including dining, fitness, health & wellness, emergency planning and workplace experience. Overseeing service contracts and projects, develop and manage operating and capital budgets, monthly variance reporting, as well as all personnel onboarding, hiring, training, mentoring and terminations. Managed all COVID-19 responses and prepared buildings around all CDC guidelines and protocols. Responsible for leading the environmental sustainability strategies and programs. Tasked with driving new opportunities for sustainability advancement in areas such as corporate real estate, supply chain management, employee engagement, carbon footprint management and climate change reporting.
