Work Experience
Amazon Warehouse Associate
Amazon - Walled Lake, MI
September 2019 to July 2022
My responsibilities were to efficiently execute the task at hand and work with others as a team to accomplish the task at hand. Whether that ment as a "stower "who had to scan and organize the packages into the correct bin for the drivers." Pick "the packages which is to place the packages in correct area to be stowed. Or to "defer" the packages, which was to very quickly guide each package on the correct route so it could be picked and stowed. Or if I was "staging" packages which was to organize all the bins stowed for trucks to grab to deliver. In all aspects of my job I was happy that I maintained a high stow rate and was very good at being versatile and moving from one station to another without being flustered or making any mistakes.
Waitress/Hostess
Stir Crazy Cuisine - Auburn Hills, MI
January 2017 to December 2018
At stir crazy I worked as a waitress. Which came easy to me because my mother was a waitress and I have great people skills. I always made it my mission to have each of my guests leave with a smile and at least know I did my part and everything in my power to provide a great dining experience. I prepared deserts, rolled silverware, got customers their drinks and took their orders, as well as cashed them out and checked on them consistently to make sure everything was up to their satisfaction. And, if a problem arose I handled it in a calm manner and provided them options to avoid making them feel as if I were pushing them. I always stayed positive and wanted the customer to feel as if their problem was our problem.
Bookkeeper
Waterford auto care - Waterford, MI
March 2013 to August 2016
At Waterford Auto Care my job was to create invoices and receive payment, as well as sell jobs and handle customer complaints. I did not know very much about cars upon starting my job here. But was able to adapt to the environment and keep clear concise records that made it easy for everyone upon tax time. And if I had a issue with a customer I tried to use common sense to fix the problem myself. But if I needed help I learned asking for help isn't a point of weakness. It's a opportunity for growth. High school diploma
