A 120 rental home property which consists of public housing units and long term workforce housing units. Daily operations of the property consists of: Collect rents, make deposits, send notices, maintain waiting list, fill vacancies, initiate work orders, conduct inspections, coordinate the apartment complex maintenance process, and determine if corrective measures need to take place to ensure the stability of the site operation. Handle leasing process for Affordable Housing sites, including applications, verifications of information, computing rent, explaining lease and agency rules and regulations. Handle lease cancellations due to failure to pay rent; includes client notification, Justice Court submissions and follow up, representing Affordable Housing at hearings and working with Constables on lock outs. Maintain all files and compliance reports regarding housing in accordance with agency, local, state and federal regulations. Work with site budget to ensure the stability of the site and provide various reports as required to the Area Manager. Oversee site personnel, develop a yearly business plan, which includes marketing strategies during the fiscal year.

Managed and overseen the daily operations of two properties while training new managers.
-Highland Springs, Ocean Springs- A 96 unit tax credit property. A new property in which was leased up within 6 months. Property occupancy rate averaged 98% during my one year as Community Manager.
-Transferred to The Estates at Juan De Cuevas- A 128 unit tax credit property. Trained new Managers and Assistant Managers
