Coming from Germany I worked as a Admitting Registrar as R.N., when I brought my Patience to the ward and admitting them in the hospital for surgery.
Help out as cashier in ER Situations at the D.I.
I worked in Germany in human resources, but not in America. I do my Master’s degree now and wish to start working with you, thank you for this opportunity.

I have experiences for over sixteen years in Customer Service plus Lead experiences, as training new people, plus issues on the phone or via email.
Spoke German and English in different cases, to help them for example, to apply for Health Insurance. In this capacity, I was called, to resolve call center situations, and to follow Tier 1, 2 procedures and write reports. Stay always focused after training.
