Jeff Rusert has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry and has been part of every task imaginable in the home building and developing process. Jeff's leadership skills started with the US Air Force where he gained firsthand experience of how to become a great leader of men and processes. After he left the Air Force, he worked for a large production builder in the Southeast leading in every aspect of the home building process including sales, finance, project management, estimating, plan design, purchasing, development, warranty. Jeff has owned and operated 4 different home building companies, a cabinet company, real estate company, and excavation company. He uses his 30 years of hands-on experience to now manage the many details of residential projects and development which have ranged from single family to multifamily housing developments. Jeff has a passion to take raw dirt and turn it into a success and prosperous development. He is dedicated and a proven leader in the industry.
