Responsibilities : Overall Responsibility of Quality Control & Quality Assurance department in the Grouping Deptt packing including Development of Quality, Shade development, Controls on their Physical & Chemical Testing parameters, Online process control to ensure quality product on next process, Handling customer complaints, Grouping department & frequently visiting to customer factory to check complaints & resolves issues.

Producing and developing the fabrics for branded customers i.e. Nike, adidas, Reebok, Decathlon and Puma etc.

Leading the Organization with the systems like 5S, Lean, Visual management, 7 Wastes etc & ISO activities

Responsibility for the dyes selection during lab dipping of Polyester and Nylon as per end use of fabric along with customer requirement for matching in different light source by keeping cost and color fastness in mind. Lab dips are prepared by Exhaust laboratory dyeing m/c as per requirement.

Conversant with the different Physical & Chemical testing methods required by the customers

Responsible for Process control on machineries as well as on various processes to control quality at every stage.

Conversant with Long tube jet dyeing m/c, continuous pretreatment range, stenter, calendaring m/c, Peaching, and coating m/c.

Analyze market samples for there type of coating (PU, Acrylic PU Breathable), coating add on, yarn type (Micro, Super micro,), construction and finish (WR or Moisture management) of the fabric before development.

First Physical Laboratory setup in India which is accredited by ITS, Honkong for Nike Test method and for adidas/Reebok lab is accreditated by STR UK. I am also certified/accredited colorist by Nike/ITS

Testing of Lycra blended fabrics (Elongation, Growth and Lycra Content) and Teflon fabrics (Water repellency & Oil repellency).

Checking of defects (Weaving & Spinning) at Grey stage.

Shade matching through spectral with customer Decathlon,Nike,Columbia & Adidas & others brands.

Testing of all types of chemical & dyes used in textile
