For the past 13 years, I have worked for Lindt/Ghirardelli/Russell Stover as a District Sales Manager managing 18 Sales Representatives in a large geographic area including Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York City, and most recently upstate New York, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania. My district met and exceeded almost all company incentives and goals for the past 13 years. • Responsible for various Human Resource functions including recruiting, hiring, training, and developing a strong sales force. Also, communication, direction, team building, motivating, and follow up on all company incentives and goals.
Managed a district with 18 sales representatives with up to 2000 locations including grocery, mass retailers, drug, and specialty store accounts.
Conducted quarterly training meetings to provide the necessary tools to meet and exceed all company goals and incentives. Promoted new ideas and approaches to gain prime retail space in stores enabling us to capture additional incremental sales. April 2007-September 2016
