According to the terms of your Lease Agreement, the rent is due and payable on the

first day of each month. It is the policy of this community to assess a late penalty as

indicated in your Lease Agreement for rent received after the 5th day of the month.

Evictions are filed for late payments that have not been paid by the 11th of the month.

The eviction proceedings can only be dismissed when the full balance owed is paid in

full. No partial payments will be accepted. Your account must be at Zero Balance for an

eviction to be dismissed.

Payments must be a cashier’s check, certified check or money order. Payment is

due in full. An additional $40.00 legal fee has been added to your account.

Please note:

If you have been filed on three times, we will not dismiss the 3rd filing and you are

required to move out immediately. Also, for new residents paying your first full month;

the eviction process will not be dismissed per your Lease Agreement.
