Envisioned and executed the development of this K-5 children’s music program that provides private and group music lessons for orchestral instruments. Served as an unofficial advisor to Elementary school music teachers and Principals regarding music program.

● Steered negotiations with Warner-Elektra-Atlantic (WEA) Distribution for a long-term distribution agreement.
● Successfully tripled company sales, reaching $50M in annual sales and representing over 90% of company revenue in three-years.
● Created the XRCD that was patented by JVC for producing Red Book compact discs, leading the XRCD to be a top-priority for JVC’s parent company in Japan and purchased by record collectors across the globe.
