To follow up & recheck SMV & operation breakdown of a garment.

To give machine layout/ process layout for a bulk production.

To follow up & recheck sewing thread consumption for a particular garment as well as for bulk production.

To follow up complete supply chain & Backward linkage for a sewing line to ensure smooth production.

Giving daily sewing production target and follow up achieve%.

Performing capacity calculation of every individual worker of responsible line and giving them hourly and daily production target by job card.

Calculating line capacity, comparing it with existing production and improving the discrepancy.

Following up hourly and daily productivity of sewing line to achieve given target.

Improving productivity by applying IE tools & techniques like – Lean, 5S,Kanban,Time Study,Bottleneck Study, Motion Study and Capacity Study,Activity sampling.

Recording all types of NPT (Non-Productive Time) & Feeding Time of sewing production line and analysing data to reduce NPT and Line Feeding Time.

Recording daily manpower & running machines to calculate absenteeism, Operators & Ironman working as helper and to improve those.

To follow up daily & monthly sewing line Efficiency and Defective for whole factory and to analyze data for improvement.

Calculating the feasible required manpower, identifying the critical operation.
