●Work with CSR’s and shipping team to understand shipping errors and root cause issues.

●Overseeing retail transfers from FGN by utilizing Reports/VLOOKUP, referencing what runs on Palletizer to determine which orders will be transferred to 3NV vs. pre-built and TOR’d to FGN TP.

●Monitoring pre-build rack locations and either utilizing FPP orders or requesting a TOR to FGN TP.
