MANAGEMENT

As an educator, I have managed members of my team as Team Leader. I have held meetings, shared instructional and student goals from the administrative team, prepared and shared model lesson and teaching strategies, and trained teachers on my team. As a realtor, I have managed multiple projects as both the listing and buyer’s agent. I have planned listing presentations, staging, and showings. Furthermore, I have provided my clients with proper documents and moral support throughout the process; completed market analyses to project proper pricing, ensured all deadlines were met, and secured the successful completion of each transaction.

SALES

As a licensed real estate agent, I have assisted both buyers and sellers in multiple real estate transactions, including leases. Residential, and Commercial transactions. In order to facilitate these transactions, I have had to display in-depth and accurate knowledge of the related market area, understanding of my client’s goals and needs, and consistent delivery of a profitable outcome. Furthermore, I’m responsible for monitoring each transaction and to ensure that all other parties (lender, inspector, title company, opposing side, and insurance company) are working towards a successful close.

COMMUNICATION

In both my roles as educator and realtor, I am required to have phenomenal written and verbal communication skills. Although I have mastered both of these skills, I have found that it is my Emotional Intelligence that has added that bit of extra boost to my success. I have worked on becoming a very relatable professional in that I can read the room or situation, understand the need, and propose the appropriate action and solution.
