RESPONSIBILITES

Provide all safety related trainings and Conducting meetings for all supervisors and workers as per HSE training plan. Provide training of personnel in areas of safety, including HSE induction, first aid, accident prevention and investigation, workplace inspections and other matters related to implementing safety procedures in board facilities. Monitor and maintain a safe working environment in the workplace as per the health and safety procedure plan to increase health and safety awareness at all levels within the organization.

Investigate the incidents/accidents case and prepares reports after finding root cause with appropriate Corrective Action Plan. Asst. the HSE Manager to submit accidents reports to Industrial Development Bureau, Abu Dhabi Government (IDB).

Providing Permit to work as per the procedure.

Implementation of safety controls and modifying the equipment and machineries in accordance with the safety standards and norms to prevent accidents.

Identification of the risk and hazards for each process and updating the Risk Assessment.

Prepares report for nonconformance, near miss cases, incidents/accidents cases, safety trainings and ensure corrective preventive actions had been implemented.

Conducts emergency drills regularly.

Documented and photograph findings and compiled and presented data on safety.

Identified, recommended and implemented ergonomics to reduce health and safety hazards.

Providing advice, information and guidance. raising awareness in workplaces by influencing and engaging. operating permission and licensing activities in major hazard industries. carrying out targeted inspections and investigations.
