Responsibilities and Key Accomplishments:
Manage and collaborate with cross-functional teams in Marketing Strategy, Marketing Execution, IT, Product Line and Sales to
design and deliver targeted campaigns and lead lists for prospects and customers based on key business strategies and
objectives.
- Project manage including facilitating meetings for the data driven components of marketing campaign timelines to meet
deadlines and establishing and maintaining accurate documentation of data for the end-to-end process including design,
implementation and delivery. This also involves advocating methodologies for alternate solutions and tools for speed to market.
- The Teradata consultant Customer Interaction Manager (CIM) tool was identified to be discontinued and migrated to internal
Verizon systems. This required a conversion over to using SQL and SAS scripts to complete all lead lists criteria. Our team
reached the goal of converting all marketing list jobs from CIM to SQL scripting. My involvement included testing converted jobs
and keeping existing CIM jobs functioning during the migration. It resulted in a $231K savings for Verizon annually.
- Need for a process to help cross functional teams to better collaborate and manage projects more effectively. Served with
internal partners and 3rd party vendor to design and implement a new business marketing campaign management platform tool.
This tool entails end to end project management for business marketing campaign delivery (DM, Email, OTM, D2D) which
created an operational expense savings over the prior process in use. Also Included was the creation of training documentation
for multiple roles including Lead Developer, Quality Assurance, Quality Control and Compliance review.
- Serve as the Small Business front door Compliance contact to Legal and Risk Management to ensure VZ data standards are
followed for list accuracy and completing Audits. This includes internal and external data retention and sharing.
- Project lead and serve as a liaison with business units to define data management campaign requirements in support of
realizing marketing objectives for business transformation of multiple tactics such as Direct Mail, E-Mail, OTM, Surveys and
Banners.
- Identified a gap in the visibility of campaign performance results. Based on findings, collaborated with Reporting design
developer to create a Wireline campaign performance dashboard to analyze ongoing results and provide campaign ROI. The
Dashboard is used by executive/marketing teams for maintaining accurate decisioning on campaign performance.
- Engaged in the process to create alternate solutions for the continuation of marketing in the NY region due to State of
Emergency be implemented. Worked with Legal to gain approval for continuation of outbound telemarketing campaigns. This
created ongoing revenue generation streams of $31.1K to the business.
- Assisted in best cost analysis of multiple 3rd party vendors and Sourcing to negotiate improved costs for data utilized for sales
and marketing. These efforts will allow Verizon to realize a $1M+ savings Y/Y in our DBM budget.
