Catanduanes Circumferential Road. Improvement Project (CCRIP)

MAIN PROJECT FEATURES : Development of roads, bridges, and minor structures (about 63 km). Renovation of damaged bridges along Codon-Viga (about 63 km) and circumferential road (total length about 545 km), the PPCP construction method (Portland Cement Concrete, concrete paving) was utilized.

PRINCIPAL POSITION HELD : Project Engineer/ Assistant Project Engineer/ Equipment Checker

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Project Engineer (Sunwest Construction & Development Corporation (SCDC))

Prepare Summarized and Tabulated Bill of Quantities (BOQ), Project Variation Order, Supplemental Agreement and Extra Work Order.

Supervision on preparation of Plans as an attachment for the prepared BOQ, Variation Orders, Supplemental Agreement and Extra Work Orders of the Project

With Direct Coordination with the Project Consultant for Instructions and Documents needed pertaining to the Projects and for the smooth flow of works.

Preparation of Weekly and Monthly Accomplishment Reports generated from site data and Actual verification and inspection.

Responsible in taking material quantity take-off & estimates at site.

Responsible in making weekly report progress report & monthly project invoice.

Responsible in forecasting activities prior to meet such schedules.

Responsible in tracking progress developments from contractor to sub-contractors.

Responsible in making sub-con invoices as per progress accomplishments.

Coordinates to suppliers for the material & quantity verification and tracking.

Implemented & supervised the Projects.

Assistant Project Engineer (Sunwest Construction & Development Corporation (SCDC))

Utilization of all equipment on site needed for billing.

Mostly on heavy Equipment Maintenance.
