Experience with ADP, Salesforce, PBS Sales tool, VIN Solutions, Dealer Track, Ford Snap on e-Catalog, Karmak and several other DMS sales tools.

Skilled in training and teaching the use of automotive and heavy-duty diagnostic scan tools; OTC Genisys Series (EVO, Touch, Encore), GM- Tech 2, Bosch Master Tech, Bosch KTS Truck, Autel, J2534 Re-flash, Amfore starter, Alternator bench tester and Laser 3D Key cutting machine.

Ability to read and understand technical data sheets, instruction manuals and other technical product data. GM, CDJR Parts Manager Certified and HAZMAT Certified.
