Assisting Member Information Center with phone calls and Walk In members with questions concerning their Retirement;

Retirement Benefits Analyst (08/2011 – 03/2014, 05/2021 – Present): analyzing member’s files to determine what benefits are due, assisting members and family members with questions associated with obtaining benefits, communicating with members of the Retirement Department to ensure member’s files are completed in a timely manner, and staying up to date on ever-changing Retirement laws and procedures. Current tasks include answering phones and seeing Walk Ins to counsel for Retirement.

10/2010 – 08/2011: Revenue Tax Analyst – Office of Alcohol and Tobacco Control – LA Dept. of Revenue. Tasks include reviewing and processing payments for tobacco and alcohol permit applications, assisting taxpayers with applications, answering and directing phone calls, picking up and distributing mail from a P.O. Box, being responsible for a deposit every day, and communicating with coworkers to complete daily tasks.

05/2006 – 10/2010: Raising Cane’s

-Shift manager (October 2007 – October 2010.)

Tasks include supervising 5-12 crewmembers per shift, tracking inventory and running operations.
