Role:

Ensuring that all activities and programs related to HR are implemented in accordance with the organizations HR strategy. This would encompass recruitment, training & development, compensation/remuneration, organizational development, relocation, health, safety and employee welfare, HR administration, HR information systems, payroll, employee communication, employee/labor relations.

Implementation of employee benefits like insurance, rewards, assistance etc.

To work closely with Plant Head in terms of overall manpower planning, cost saving, efficiencies and people issues

Employee Grievance Management Ensuring that employee grievance mechanism is smooth and effective on a day today basis.

Statutory Compliances:-

Responsible for timely statutory payments towards ESIC, P.F., Professional Tax, L.W.F., Bonus Act, Minimum Wages etc.

Be updated on revised rates of Minimum Wages / Special Allowance for respective State Govt. offices, update departmental records about any such revisions in rates Liaison:-

Liaison with all government officials for all labour law compliance pertaining to offices.

Ensuring that all agreement is up to date, no backlog or pendencies.

Liaison with Government authorities and Ensure all statuary compliance related to Factories Act, Payment of Bonus Act, Payment of Wages Act, Minimum Wages Act, Contract Labour Act, Factory map approving body, etc.

Liaison with Local Gram Panchayat, (MPCB) Maharashtra Pollution Control Board, and other governing bodies.

To track all licensing & permit & keep record for renewal needs.

Manage landlord, Police Station and other relationships.

Coordination for NOC works with Firefighting, Water dept., Electrical dept. DG Diesel Generator Liaise with Chief Fire Officer, Chief Officer Electrical & Chief Officer Water etc. Streamline Vendor Management & Cost Control:-

Timely renewal of vendor’s agreements as per guidelines.

Tracking & controlling of the approved manpower as per the budget.

Handling Contract labour issues, checking & getting their bills cleared

Audit of contractors statutory compliance records on payment, PF & ESIC etc on monthly basis. Audit:-

ISO 14001 2015 Environment Management System, ISO 45001 2018 Occupational Health & Safety Management System.

Social/Security and Technical Compliance internal Audit.

Identification of environmental aspects/H&S hazards of each and every activities including support services and documenting them.
