Job description

Daily Inspections of ongoing work activities at Site.

Conducting Inspections of work place to identify potential hazards.

Daily Unsafe Observations given to the sub contractor for rectification.

Writing letters to the sub contractor on unsafe observation for rectifications.

Monitoring the Weekly Tool Box Meeting conducted.

Inspections of Mobile vehicles (Crane, loader, Excavator, Bobcat, Boom lift. Etc)

Conducting drills such as Fire drills and Emergency Evacuation drills.

Conducting weekly walk trough’s at project site with all Contractors, Sub Contractors and, Construction Managers and Safety personals.

Conducting the Weekly Safety Meetings with Safety personnel’s.

Attending the Weekly meeting with Client and discussing the Site Health and Safety reviews and updates.

Monitoring and conducting the training programs for workers on safety related matters.

Conducting training to Staff to make sure they are aware of regulations and procedures.

Preparing the Daily, Weekly and Monthly Safety Reports.

Investigating the accidents and preparing the accident/incidents reports.

Inspecting and monitoring work permits of Sub Contractors.

Checking / review of the work method statements.

Conducting weekly inspections of power tools and Fire fighting Equipments.

Evaluating hazardous conditions and recommending engineering controls, administrative controls / and or personal protective equipments.

Ensure that all new employees or operatives working with company received the H&S orientation program within & days joining.

Inspect and Monitor the place of work, ensuring that all H&S Procedures, Safe working practices are being carried out properly in accordance with relevant H&S legislation and with the requirements of Company.

Organizing and carrying out emergency safety Exercises and Training,

Coordinate the H&S Activities between the company and any other individual contractors or Subcontractors who may be working with the Company.
