My responsibilities are:
i)Handling all the confectionary cooking for Mogadishu and Kisimayu Base Camps.
ii)Cake decoration and sugar work preparing sauces, deserted pudding and buffet decoration, making both classic and Italian breads.
iii)Serving all the main dishes (100 man kitchen)
iv)Maintaining cleanliness within the mess
