Mechanical press maintenance of 63 Ton to 400 Ton and Blanking.

Effectively planning and executing condition-based maintenance of press machine and Utility.

Implemented projects to reduce maintenance costs through house spare management and standardization of spare parts.

Effectively implemented Predictive maintenance techniques and monthly monitoring to improve MTBF.

Knowledge of TPM achieved zero breakdowns of manager model machine, KAIZEN, 5S, Best practices.

Knowledge of SAP- PM and MM module.

Focused on minimum production loss.

Daily oil consumption monitoring and Grease monitoring actions execution to reduce oil consumption.
