This involved gathering field data & measurements from the existing facilities so that piping systems could be built off site and moved into place as complete assemblies thus reducing shut down time and cost. Responsibilities also included maintaining accurate drawing files which reflect as-built status for all projects and up dating the engineering dossiers and piping specifications. Sohio used the master equipment listing system to track all work and reduce odd component usage.
