Kelly Services, 3350 Shelby St. Ontario CA, - Production Lead Duties as a production lead: I would be in charge of receiving in the beginning of the shift, I would start off with a safety meeting and stretches for all the GL’s . Assign the trucks that would be needed to be off loaded for the shift but always with safety guidelines. Most of the day I would be on the forklift all day supporting the docks bringing pallets to keep off loading the trucks and also on the forklift with a clamp attachment off loading trucks at the end of the shift I would gather all the hours off the GL’s to get production numbers.
