Now that same client is asking for a rebuild/ update of an older capital appropriations approval system and that project is expected to be $250-275K.

Consulting with BP I recommended the development for the AEC industry vertical geared to that industry specifications on Budget, Document control etc. As Built drawing system worth 450K which was a custom project for BP. It was brought in on time, on budget, fully assessed and approved before delivering the assets to their outsourced IT staff. BP Management. Agile development of the solution. A quote from the key stakeholder: “I Wish all of our IT vendors were this thorough."

The Product is called Project Ready.

In conjunction with the Marketing VP, their internal IT and SME at the firm created a KPI system within CRM to project cash, utilization, and sales directives by period (month, qtr. etc.)

Created operational tools which enhanced customer confidence; functional specifications, Master Project plan us Brightworks as a base tool Weekly/Bi-Weekly budget to actual variance. Thus improved the overall communication between organizations on projects.
