Greetings:

I am contacting you to let you know I am interested in and available to provide the service of telemedicine to your patients who are in need of psychiatric diagnosis and care. I am currently a semiretired, nationally certified, Nevada licensed, well seasoned, psychiatric nurse practitioner, at your service!

For your convenience, I have enclosed my CV that outlines my many professional experiences which include years of telemedicine for psychological counseling, medication consultation, and prescription services.

A perennial optimist, I pride myself on my skills as a supportive team player, well known by my contemporaries for providing excellent collegial and patient rapport, sometimes under the toughest circumstances. Most people would describe me as highly principled, friendly, and hard working.

Contractual agreements with both inpatient and outpatient facilities have been my preferred means of collaboration and clinical practice. Nearly 25 years of experience has earned me full independence of a supervising MD for approximately 10 years now. That said, I welcome, respect and very much enjoy working closely with my physician colleagues.
