I am seeking employment with a team that is customer/client focused. Office setting is desired yet with current times that we all have been adjusting to, home-based work would be an option I’d be open to as well. I am proud of all I have accomplished in my professional background. Going forward in this new chapter of my life, I am eager to connect and be a part of a positive and growing establishment. I can provide references if needed. Focus, patience, and adaptability are my attributes to make my work space and the day productive. Being able to acquire a job/position that is both enjoyable and interesting would be ideal. How could it not?

Work
Experience
Brennan Law Firm
I was hired as a Temporary employee. My job details were to scan their older files and file current client/case files. After 2 weeks into being hired as a temp, the owner offered me a full-time position. My duties were to be phones
(average around 150) calls per day), filing, scanning, prepping papers for process servers. After sudden exiting of other employees, my job duties increased to taking on the paralegal duties such as E-filing all legal documents with courts, prepping increasing number of files for process servers, as well as my usual tasks of court and sheriff calls, client email requests, scanning, filing all paperwork on daily basis and excluded the duties that I had more skill strength and experience with. Rather than doing the job duties of my hired position, I was suddenly doing job duties that hindered my ability and did not allow me to excel at the skills I am experienced in. The employee turnover was too much in the short period of time and before joining the firm. My hope would have been to retain the duties upon being hired full time. Unfortunately, I had to make my own decision to part ways on my own terms.
Winn Management/Kings Villages
I was hired as the Office Administrator for the Leasing Office. The property covered a 6-block radius of a little over 300 LIH apartments. The position involved a heavy amount of phone calls (200+ calls per day), checking emails for properties, scheduling maintenance calls for residence, collecting and entering rents for properties, filing and scanning documents, resolving issues for tenants and offices. The job required the use of Onesite. It’s a site that basically consolidates all functions needed for the property from processing. rents, accessing forms, placing work orders Helping tenants fill out necessary paperwork. I learned the ins and outs of LIH guidelines and the paperwork process. The office also used Microsoft teams. Our staff on average 4-7 for the entire property as the leasing office was a small office. The property did involve many Spanish speaking tenants. Even though I do not speak Spanish fluently, with determination, patience, creativity, and on occasion help from coworkers, I was able to accomplish their needed request or reason while at my desk or the phone.
Private Caregiver
In 2013 a parent from my daughter’s school was aware I needed income. They asked if I would be interested in caring for their mother. I met with them and their mother. For the next year and a half, I had the honor of taking care of their mother. She had begun onset of dementia when I began my journey with her. At the end of 2014 she declined very quickly. In May 2015 my own family situation needed my attention for around 2-3 weeks. I asked the family to let me know what their decision was as her needs were now out of what I could provide, and her health was declining. In June 2015 she went “home”. My time with her and the family is and will always be a blessing to me. I am blessed to have personal contact with the family to this day. The Home Depot
--- Applied for cashier position with intention of learning and placement in various departments. I achieved that plan and worked as a phone operator where I handled approx. 800 calls per day that included customer service questions and resolving issues with special orders or product search availability, announcements for store, and aiding in files and reports for management. Next, I learned more detailed work with the Special Order Desk. I finally achieved the position of S.O. Expeditor where I oversaw all special orders and installations. This required a detailed focus on timelines of order placement and arrival, communication with vendors, installers, customer follow up and resolve, of any issues, payment and credits owed back to the store, report follow up, department associate audits.
Bombay Outlet Retail furniture and decor outlet I accepted a position as a cashier until the key holder position became available. It was not long after that I was promoted directly to Assistant Manager. The District Manager promoted me to Store Manager approx. 7 months later. Sportmart---sporting goods store. Applied as a cashier. Moved on to Price Auditor. Upon store manager change, I was promoted to Operations Manager. Angels Diner---50's entertainment type restaurant I was hired directly as a Floor Manager. Handled all aspects of staff, customers, and gift shop orders, and events
Marie Callenders –Restaurant. Started while in high school as cashier. Advanced to cashier trainer. Moved to server. Given duty of ticket audits. Promoted to key holder. Achieved. and spent my last 4 years as Assistant Manager.
Work Skills
Strong customer service background. Efficient with paperwork and communications. Ability to handle heavy phone call demands. Multitask experienced. Organized work habits. Learning new areas of work does not intimidate me. I feel I am a fast learner given the changing times since my last time of employment. I am comfortable with working on my own or as part of a team.

Currently I have open availability. Have my own transportation. References
I have a letter of recommendation from the family that I provided care for. My VP while at Winn /Kings Villages assured me, I can use her as a reference. I also have reference from my time at the law firm as well as others. I can provide those upon meeting with you or on request.
