Kimco Services 2022 to Present – Janitor
Route Janitor - Cleaning of multiple AT&T customer stores. Clean and stock restrooms, breakrooms, etc. Gather and empty trash and replace trash bags; clean floors (sweep, mop, scrub, or vacuum). Dust furniture, walls, etc and polish windows; use cleaning equipment & supplies to Kimco standards, lock doors for building security/safety, etc. Notify supervisors of major needs and repairs. Collect and dispose of trash. Keep cleaning supplies in stock.
Ash Custom Cleaning 2020 - 2021 - Supervisor/Lead Janitor
Cleaned and maintained the exterior of the property including gates, entrances, trash pick-up and removal, etc. Supervised a team of three, processed timesheets and other necessary personnel documents as needed. Provided training support to client workers in area of assignment. Bay Area Builders 2017 - 2020 - Day Porter Lead Man
Inspected all public lavatories per shift for cleanliness and maintenance of an adequate supply of toiletries for replenishment of soap, hand towels, toilet paper, sanitary products, toilet seat covers. Cleaned mirrors, wiped down sinks and toilets, and removed dirt, stains, trash. Cleaned floors around toilet fixtures and under urinals mopped a minimum of once per day. Public areas were continuously policed and picked up throughout the day for removal of all litter, damp mopping spillages, emptying of trash receptacles, and removal of spots and/or graffiti from wall and column surfaces. Removal of trash from trash cans/receptacles on the exterior property and replacement of trash can liners. Clean trash cans and receptacles monthly.
