Communication to me makes the work place happier, more efficient and more productive. Communication lets everyone know what they are supposed to do and the entire operation+.

My leadership skills are based in the kitchen because I am fairly quick back there in the kitchen and I know recipes and I teach the others on line how to properly do their job.
