May 2013 – Present Prudential Jacksonville, FL Claims Professional Taking calls from clients who love ones had passed away and verifying their information making sure all is correct in order to pay out on their Death claim. Also making outbound calls as needed to speck with other who is a part of the claim to get all of their information as needed.
October 2012- May 2013 Incomm Jacksonville, FL Customer Service Professional Taking calls from clients who have credit card accounts with the company who need their account balance or account information. Also updating and adding information to the account if needed.
May 2011- January 2012 PDM Jacksonville, FL Collection Professional Making calls to prior clients who had not paid their rent or who broke their lease at an apartment complex getting them to pay off their account or taking their income information to see if they would be able to do a payment plan also checking over account information if the customer was stating that there was a problem with the amount the company stated they owed and updating account information making sure all is correct.
