Responsibilities:

Assist with cross-platform implementations with other Telus Health products including eClaims. Working with clients to get them on eClaims. Doing the presentations and setting up their configurations to implement their instances on eClaims

Follow a structured approach to planning, gathering, analyzing, documenting, communicating, and managing business needs with stakeholders using a variety of research techniques to explore, probe, and understand requirements.
