In my time working alongside Megan I have seen tremendous growth both personally and professionally. She always maintains a positive attitude in this high stress environment and is extremely coachable which I can’t understate.

Megan has never been a direct report of mine but I’ve observed her work under several different supervisors and improve each and every time. The main reason for my strong recommendation is what I’ve seen from a leadership perspective. When her supervisor has been out (sometimes one week plus at a time) she has always been the one to take the point.
