Manufacturing product within specification reducing material and labor cost through continuous improvement projects. Improved recordable injuries from18 to 1 year over year. Improved quality score from 68% to 100% year over year.

Plant Manager – 08/2019 – 8/2020

Can Do National Tape Co., Nashville, TN. Tape converting, die cutting of adhesive materials and felt for automotive suppliers and numerous other manufacturing application. Established a team environment by involving personnel at all levels working to achieve established goals and developing KPI's. Implemented Lean Manufacturing reducing waste and improving efficiency in all departments. These improvements resulted in the elimination of one shift.

American Howa Kentucky, Bowling Green, KY. Tier 1 & 2 supplier to Toyota, Honda, and Nissan. Manufactures automotive interior parts (Headliners, sunshades, sound insulation, and polyurethane foam)

Directs 182 personnel and mentors a staff of six mangers responsible for the financial performance (P&L), quality, HR, safety, manufacturing, engineering, maintenance, and materials. Worked closely with sales to develop new business that significantly increased market share.
