Master of Nursing Practice May 2003 (Grambling State University)
Bachelor of Nursing July 1992 (Grambling State University)
Greetings, I am an experienced Doctor of Nurse Practice, with a demonstrated history of working in the higher education industry. Skilled in Nursing Education, Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Healthcare Management, and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR). I am a strong educated professional with a Doctor of Nursing Practice focused on Family Practice/Nursing from Loyola University New Orleans, LA. I have effective communication skills and the motivation to take on challenging work. I'm also skilled at patient safety, patient care, charting, medication prescribing, & diagnosing along with HIPPA compliance. I am confident that I have the drive, knowledge, and experience of caring for patients individually.
I am interested in becoming a medical science liaison regarding Immunology. It is very important to be knowledgeable regarding how certain medications work within each individual, especially if they are already taking several medications. It is also important to have much knowledge in understanding how the medication works within each patient. I would like to speak with you about this position. I am interested in becoming a member of your establishment. I am available after 6:00 pm daily to elaborate more if you have further questions regarding my certification. I also have faculty 8 years of experience at Grambling State University and 6 years at Chamberlain University, regarding Nurse Practitioner students.
There is one certification I would love to achieve (Wound Management and Care). As I worked in Urgent Care, there were many patients who had avulsions, deep abrasions, infected punctures, and abrasions. I would like to certify in Wound Care. It is very important, especially regarding the elderly. It would be a pleasure to speak with you and discuss this opportunity with you as well. I am currently available to work at your establishment, and I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Sincerely,
Naomi Ruth Smith, DNP, APRN, FNPC
