I discovered a loop hole/way to reduce the number of UL & PED certified welders needed on site 18 to 4. This resulted in a cost saving of over $40,000 annually. We had two identical 375,000 Amp resistance welders. The primary transformer inside one welder failed. The welders had different welding fixtures.
