While I worked at Chick- l-A was my foundation for learning customer service and what it entailed. I spent most of my time working in the back of house preparing the food while managing my peers since I was in the lead role. I always ran the kitchen ef ciently, and was never short of putting in ef cient and effective work. After 8 months of working in back of house I was cross trained to work in the front of house to be a leader up there as well. In this position I learned how to manage the stress of putting together multiple orders orders at once while being aware of all customers that needed to be serviced as well as making sure back of house was prepared for the amount of product needed to serve customers ef ciently.

In this job my responsibility was to sale our products in bulk to contractors. These products were all accessories that were used to build commercial building.
