Managed assessment and education for Phase I, II, and III clinical trial patients. Maintained up-to-date knowledge of good clinical practice (GCP) guidelines, regulatory and institutional research protocols, and modern health system initiatives on a hospital-wide scale. Administered chemotherapy, biological therapy, and investigational therapies; mitigated oncological emergencies as needed.

As Charge Nurse, controlled multiple health systems to track patients in real-time for appointments, changes, nurse assignation, and others. Performed annual Registered Nurse (RN)/Patient Care Technicians’ competency audit. Performed competency assessment for up to 10 Nurses and up to 20 support staff members on site.
