• Developed an aggressive profitability plan that exceeded annual expectaKons. To achieve this goal, I focused the leadership team on improving quality, delivery, and reducing costs.

• Returned the plant from break even in 2015 to strong profitability in 2016 and delivered a 15.1% EBITDA.

• Tasked with increasing sales for 3 manufacturing faciliKes in the southern US and Mexico.
• Responsible for securing a $35 million contract which lead to the building of a new plant in Bowling Green KY.
• Under my leadership the business development team was responsible for bringing in 68% of all the new sales for the company in 2010.
• Supported new program launches at all 3 of the manufacturing faciliKes to ensure they were successful.

• Full responsibility for three “state of the art” manufacturing plants producing a wide variety of steel stampings and welded assemblies.
• Lead the management team in the successful launch of a very large Nissan program (ZW/WZW). This launch included over 300 engineering changes.
• Produced record breaking profit for 2 consecuKve years (EBITDA for 2004 was 24.4% and 2005-19.3%). The profit generated at this plant accounted for over 50% of the total company revenue in 2004 and 2005.
• Provided support for a difficult launch which had a devastaKng effect on the plant’s profit resulKng in a loss in 2006. Under my leadership the plant was profitable in 2007 and produced a 14% EBITDA. 1996-2000
