shopping centers supporting the adjoining rental

properties. Recruited trained and supervised clerical

and maintenance personnel assigned to each of the

developments. Provided leasing and rental collection

direction to clerical employees as well as daily review

of tenant payments and balances. Maintained a close

relationship with maintenance workers to ensure all

work orders were completed as soon as possible,

grounds and property kept neat and orderly and

that all vacant units were ready for occupancy when

leases were signed, and effective.
