EXPERIENCE
Winslow’s Table- Baker
December 2020- present
I currently produce a variety of daily baked goods. I am expected to complete custom cakes and desserts, implementing creativity and technical skills. I am also in charge of many recipe testing and developments.

I had varying duties between bartending and serving. As a server I was expected to know menu items in detail- from ingredients and allergens to production, farmers, and local vendors. I was also trained on wine and dinner service in a fine dining atmosphere. As a bartender, along with the aforementioned duties, I was also required to create custom and original cocktails and to keep inventory on alcohol and bar supplies. Both roles required customer service and time management skills.

I was in charge of a full service bar in a fine dining establishment. I developed a full and seasonal rotating cocktail menu. I kept inventory of all liquor, wine, and beer, as well as other bar supplies. I met with local beer, wine and liquor reps as well as visiting local farmers markets to supply ingredients for our drink list.

I was fully trained and certified on site to be a dog groomer, which included extensive testing on breed standard cuts and grooming and hygiene practices for dogs. I was in charge of setting appointments, answering phones, speaking with customers, and having knowledge of products and services provided by the company.
