I am currently in charge of handling the cosmetic cases for the practice! There are 6 doctors and 8 offices between Virginia and Maryland. Main duties include scheduling patient's surgeries once payment is taken, coordinating with hospitals to hold time for surgeries, creating posting sheets, scheduling pre/post op appointments for patient's and sending out all pre-operative information so patients are prepared for surgery and know what to expect the day of. Ensuring patients feel comfortable and have all questions answered prior to surgery. Filling out necessary information in excel spread sheets so everything is recorded and communicated as well as fulfilling all cosmetic phone and email correspondence for each doctor. I assist the accountant with Quickbooks and handling patients who have missed payments or need to be sent to collections!

In charge of planning, coordinating, and carrying out patient care operations. Greeting patients and directing them to examination rooms. Responsible for scheduling patients according to each provider's availability and work pace. Educating patients on each service we provide as well as providing them with pre and post care instructions. I am responsible for obtaining any pharmacy information so that I can submit any appropriate prescriptions needed for procedures or continuing care. I respond to any patient concerns or questions in a timely manner to ensure patient satisfaction.
