This was a newly obtained contract requiring the implementation of all programs and systems from safety/sanitation to the different feeding programs required at the schools per Government regulations/standards.

Responsible for the approval of all purchases, scheduling, food safety and training of 44 employees that staff the seven schools in the district.

Participated in Union contract negotiations for the existing 44 employees.

9/10 – 7/14 Sodexo Campus Services at Rowan University

Retail Director of Dining
