• Co-planned and conducted a resource fair which provided seventy five incarcerated youth interviewing skills, professional development and housing resources

• Developed 80 hour Customer Service Excellence Course for fifty youth that combined Google Classroom, individual and group projects and Internships with local merchants

• Collaborated on the development and launch of the Life Skills Program for 100+ recently incarcerated individuals that focused on interview skills and personal finance

• 50% job acquisition success rate achieved by directing a piloted Workforce Development Program for Culinary Arts Students

Educated students on planning and executing strategies that included goal setting, personal responsibility, and time management

• Designed, prepared, and implemented strategic career coaching sessions with 50 students in age from 19 to 70 years old that resulted in job placements, savings and budget plans, and personal ambitions

• Introduced thirty students to Employment Specialists and hiring managers from Goodwill, El Pollo Loco, Starbucks and America’s Job Center of California

• Organized intensive two hour Linked In training with recruiter which allowed ten students to increase their chances of employment and understand how to effectively market themselves on social media

• Arranged meetings with Managers from Wells Fargo to discuss savings, retirement planning and making wise financial choices with twelve youth

• Organized Resource Fair that was attended by 30 youth and focused on housing, health screenings, government and retail employment
