Millennium Place Marina Hotel Dubai under Certis guarding services contract January 2020-2021

Duties and responsibilities

● Ensuring that all potential and real hazards are reported and rectified immediately.

● Recommend new or improved process or equipment’s to reduce risk exposure

● Identify hazards and risks associated with hazards and report to management

● Suggest to management and Introduce safe system of work and performance standards

● Identify potential hazards on new equipment’s and advice the concerned department.

● Carrying out inspection in the property in association with hotel supervisor

● Liaison with contractors and checking of their safety policies, monitoring and advising on safety matter

● Patrol interior and exterior of the property to safety hazards, fires hazards, unsafe conditions, and missing or inoperative safety equipment.

● Conducting the investigation of any accidents and security incidents involving hotel guest and employees.
