B SHIFT PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR, MAGNA/GSC

I am responsible for 80-100 team members, 9 production lines. The lines assemble painted parts for BMW. I ensure we meet our production goal, Quality standards per the customer and manning needs to help keep the company cost at a minimum. I do all payroll for the temp and full-time employees. I play a huge part in process and quality standards. I am also big on setting my team members and leads up for their next step to grow with the company by setting leadership goals for them. As a Supervisor, I also work on the lines with my teams whenever possible.

My responsibility was preparing new employees (classes ranging from 12-16 people) for the production floor. I go over general information, Quality and Safety in a Simulation room. I also help with Training other employees and Team leads on the Assembly lines. I also help with
