2016 – 2020: beIN Sport in Qatar

Principal (Team Leader) Electromechanical Section

- Managing a team of 10 Engineers and 10 Technicians, electrical and mechanical.

- Evaluating new project proposals and designs.

- Preparing annual budgets according to the priority of the projects to be executed and SLA (Service Level Agreement) Contracts, new and existing.

- Maximize the usage of the work force skills and abilities to fit the Channel, electrical and mechanical needs.

2009 – 2016: Al Jazeera Media Network – beIN Sport in Qatar Senior Maintenance Engineer

- Re-building and expanding the previously existing electrical system by projecting and supervising the installation of all the new power requirements for the fast growing Al Jazeera Sport Channels.

- Projecting and supervising the electrical system required for 9 new Studios and 48 new Channels

- Supervising the service level agreement provided from external companies taking care of the maintenance of 25 UPS (Uninterruptable Power Supply) and 11 generators used as backup power for the channels.

- Preparing tender documentation for sub-station, UPS, Generators, LV Panels, MDB, and SMDB for the above installation.

2006 – 2009: Al Jazeera Sports Channel in Qatar

Maintenance Engineer

- Responsible for the ongoing maintenance and upkeep all aspects of the building.

- Supervising staff assigned to Maintenance duty

- Reporting on the condition of all aspects and standards of Safety in the building

- Conduct regular testing and checking of equipment and machines in the TV premises 2002 -2005: TELIT s.r.l. in Italy

Technical Supervisor - Electrical installation

- Installed main electrical distribution panel and sub panel & medium voltage ring main unit & transformer including all required connection accessories and earthling etc.. in residences and buildings

- Supervised the maintenance & perform technical specification of electrical technical work for companies’ infrastructures

- Conducted extensive research for sites and realization of radio basis stations for mobile telephony networks

- Updated and developed a new internal and external lighting system, lighting power circuits, fire alarm system, telephone lines, computer lines for TELIT Company

- Executed environment monitoring work by GPS device in L’Aquila province in collaboration with Telespazio (The well-known Italian space and satellite control centre), to localize areas of great Landslide risks
