Health care worker

I have experience in the health care system but am looking for a change. Please consider me for employment. I am 60 years old and look forward to your answer.I don't know what else I can say about myself. Can you give me an idea of what the benefits are? I know it's not part of the resume but I'm interested in what the benefits are.
