• To ensure production of Core box, green sand mold and floor mold with reduced scrap and less rejection

• Quality check and inspection(harness test) of core box, raw materials and tools prior to production

• Production of castings in compliance with respect to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Turnaround Time (TAT)

• Micro and macro analysis of castings

• Comparative analysis between CO2 core box, cold box and hot box to increase production with less scrap

• Inspection of work area and calibrations of instruments/machines

• To check and update the Total Production Maintenance checklist on a daily basis

• Check the condition of overhead crane, manual lifting hoist, wire mesh sling, nylon sling and its valid certification date.

• To check the stator assembly instruments for valid calibrations date(torque winch, gauges and digital meters)

• Follow as per planning schedule for press lamination, first straighten, flushing and heating dry out

• Winding of normal and low stress process

• Apply epoxy (whole stator varnish/ normal), complete lead installation and finally assemble stator and rotor

• Trouble shooting of assembly related issues for better productivity

• Strict adherence to Manufacturing Process Instructions, Safe work instruction and Hazard Analysis Risk Control(MPI, SWI and HARC)

• Audit for Third Party Inspections, Quality surveillances and work order requirements
