Receiving and triaging patient brought by ambulances (EMS) using the system of ESI, providing immediate needs by assisting patient with ABC needs as to the nursing immediate evaluation to alleviate their symptoms. Administering ordered medications and treatment and evaluating patient response, providing MD assessment report and correlating patient care to the medical team. Starting IV access and starting stat medications and having continuous evaluation noting the patient immediate response to the management., infusions as ordered. Coordinate also with other medical staff concerning care, including the family regarding patient’s health care plan, with simple discharge instructions, follow-ups with PMD.

Monitoring patient response to treatment given and evaluating patient response to team effort in rendering and gathering feedback on improving outcomes.
