Directed the day-to-day operations with full P&L accountability for managing staff and contract personnel to expedite contracts, billing, and HR activities in the refurbishment of manufactured homes throughout IN, IL, OH, and MO. Administered project timelines and operating budgets in excess of $35,000 for each remodeling plan.
Cultivated strong contractor/vendor relationships to oversee on time and on budget project execution.

Reason for seeking new employment: 100 hours plus a week, paid salary 40 hours per week.
